1972. Foundation
Founded in 1972, Primagera is a familiar company
constituted with private capitals.
The Headoffice – Faianças Primagera SA – located in Aradas, produces ceramics, earthenware and stoneware, for utilitarian use. The company can produce about 120.000 daily pieces and 80% of the production is for exportation.

1982. Second manufacturing unit
To attend to the growing demand , was created in 1982 another manufacturing unit, also located in Aradas.
Equipped with a modern system of tampography, with a production capacity of 40,000 daily pieces, where 80% of it is destined to the domestic market.

Actually, both units employ about 300 employees.
1995. Opening of the third unit
To complete the offer of the ceramic tableware, the company opened a third factory, Primagera 3 SA, destined to the production of ovenware, located in Bustos – Oliveira do Bairro.
Currently, Primagera 3, focuses its production on utilitarian stoneware pieces, with a production capacity about 60.000 daily pieces. The three units complemente each other providing a wider range of their products to the customers.

Primagera, nowadays, focuses its activities in the production of earthenware and stoneware, commercializing more than 1600 references, that reflects the position that Primagera has been taking over the years.
With na excelente quality/ price ration, the three units have been gradually adapted to the requirements of the market.
